At Spacely Clean, we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or rescheduling options are available.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% may be refunded or applied as credit toward a future service.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service amount is charged. No refund will be issued.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours after the cleaning is completed.
- We will first offer to return and correct any issues at no additional cost.
- If we cannot resolve the concern to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Credit notes may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds for future services.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services already completed and deemed satisfactory
- Specialty or one-time deep cleaning services after completion
- Charges for supplies or equipment purchased specifically for your job
- Fees resulting from client-related issues (e.g., lack of access, pets not secured, hazardous conditions)
5. Client Responsibilities
To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must:
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Allow our team full access to the areas to be cleaned
- Report any concerns promptly, and allow us to make it right
6. Changes to Policy
Spacely Clean reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
