Welcome to Spacely Clean. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking our cleaning services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Services

Spacely Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Orlando, Florida, and surrounding areas. All services are performed with high standards of quality, attention to detail, and respect for your property.

We reserve the right to refuse or decline any service request at our sole discretion.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Spacely Clean.
• Appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.
• We make every effort to arrive on time. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) may be paused or modified with 7 days’ advance notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due upon completion of service for one-time cleans.
• Recurring clients may be offered invoicing with payment due within 7 days.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned.
• Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or breakable items.
• Inform us of any pets, allergies, or specific cleaning requirements in advance.
• Ensure the premises are safe and free from hazards for our cleaning professionals.

6. Our Commitments & Limitations

• We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Our team is background-checked and fully trained.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or mechanical/structural issues.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to secure valuables or provide accurate information.

Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Insurance

Spacely Clean maintains general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

8. Property Access

By booking our service, you grant our team permission to enter the specified premises at the scheduled time. You are responsible for ensuring we have lawful access.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for providing and improving our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes to Services

Spacely Clean reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
